1. About These Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of the Elvy Lane website and everything available through it — the products, pages, and features we offer online (together, the "Site"). Elvy Lane is operated by RR Verkoop. Throughout these Terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Elvy Lane.

When you browse the Site or place an order, you're confirming that you've read these Terms and our Privacy Policy and that you agree to them. If any part doesn't work for you, please don't use the Site.

2. Who Can Order

You need to be at least 18 years old to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm you meet that age requirement and that the details you give us are accurate and your own.

3. Your Account

Certain features may ask you to set up an account. If you do, keeping your password private is your responsibility, and so is any activity carried out through your account. Please let us know right away if you think someone else has gained access to it.

4. Orders and Pricing

Every order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. We can turn down or cancel an order for any reasonable reason — for example, if an item is out of stock, if there's a pricing error, or if the order looks fraudulent.

5. Products and Descriptions

We do our best to describe and picture each item accurately, but we can't promise that your screen will show colors and finishes exactly as they appear in person. Products and prices may be added, changed, or withdrawn at any time, and some items are available only while stocks last.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are sent through third-party carriers, and any delivery estimate we give is a guide rather than a guarantee. We're not responsible for delays once a parcel is with the carrier, or for delays caused by an incorrect address. Full timings are in our Shipping Policy.

7. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are still unworn, unused, and in their original condition and packaging. For change-of-mind returns you arrange and pay for the return shipping; if an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we cover it. 8. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, please don't:

break any law or regulation that applies to you;
infringe anyone's intellectual property;
submit false, misleading, or someone else's information;
attempt to interfere with, probe, or damage the Site or its security;
upload malicious code or use the Site to harass or harm others.

We may suspend or close access for anyone who breaks these rules.

9. Intellectual Property

The content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — belongs to Elvy Lane or our suppliers and is protected by law. We may revise these Terms from time to time, and the version shown on this page is always the one that applies. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where our business is established, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
